FORCED ENTRY dueled from outside into the first turn, cleared inner rival and moved to the inside around the bend, showed the way up the backstretch, started to kick away approaching the quarter pole, opened up under hand urging in upper stretch and coasted the last sixteenth. WOLF HILL raced up close three then two wide on the first turn, chased two wide through the second bend, was no match for the winner in the lane but stayed on for a clear second. BANZAI BETTY raced outside a rival at the back early, had one beat into the far turn, spun three wide into the lane, ran on for third but was unable to threaten. LUCKIEST dueled inside FORCED ENTRY into the first turn then ceded command around the bend, stalked along the rail into the far turn, started to weaken while coming off the rail a bit around the bend and faded in the drive. ETHEREAL QUALITY broke a step slow, raced inside BANZAI BETTY at the rear, lost ground up the backstretch, was not persevered with on the far turn, eased through the lane and walked off.
