ROSTOVSKY bumped shortly after the start, settled along the rail, moved into range in the middle stages, shifted to the two path at the five-sixteenths pole, challenged the leader at the quarter pole, seized control in upper stretch, drifted out past the eighth pole then came back in and won going away. BOTH SIDES OF BAD got bumped and crowded in the beginning, raced outside a rival at the back, chased between at the quarter pole and ran on for second. LORENZO BERNINI shifted out and bumped shortly after the break, went up to take the lead inside a rival, cleared around the first turn, challenged by the winner at the quarter pole, lost command in midstretch and flattened to third. VRON BY YOU pressed from outside first time through the stretch, took a stalking position around the first turn, chased two then three wide on the far turn and weakened. IMAGINEER sat off the pace outside a rival, moved into striking distance in the middle stages, rounded the far turn two then three wide, tipped out into the drive and weakened. ISLAND PARADISE got shuffled back at the start, trailed on the inside, closed in around the far turn then flattened in the stretch.
