WORK chased outside TOBY'S HONOR down the backstretch remained two wide on the wide, shifted out, came five wide into the lane, rallied strongly on the far outside and reached the front past the sixteenth marker and held in the final yards. TOBY'S HONOR raced along the rail and inside the winner into the turn, tipped out in upper stretch, rallied between rivals, bid in deep stretch, exchanged light bumps with DIAGHILEV in final sixteenth and narrowly missed inside the winner. DIAGHILEV close up early then dropped back bit and tracked pace from off the rail, came four wide into the stretch, battled inside winner through the drive, exchanged bumps with TOBY'S HONOR in final sixteenth and was out finished. CHAPTER ONE sped to front and crossed over early, controlled the pace into the bend, challenged later on the turn then regained control in upper stretch, was overtaken past sixteenth marker and weakened late. FLAMBOYANT was off slow and inward to be off behind the field, dropped well back in the early going, trailed from the inside into the lane then finished with a flourish. SANDS OF TIME forced the pace from outside rival, moved up bid on the turn, challenged nearing the stretch, lost contact with that rival in upper stretch and also weakened. LUCK LUCKY (IRE) tracked the leaders from the inside, continued to save ground to the stretch, and weakened through the lane.
