ANGEL BABY chased well off the rail early, went five wide into the turn, bid from outside at the quarter pole, dueled in the three path turning for home, took over in upper stretch and edged clear in the last sixteenth. MCSNIPER took control while under pressure up the backstretch, cleared outer rival briefly at the five-sixteenths pole, came under threat from ANGEL BABY at the quarter pole, lost command in upper stretch and stayed on to hold second. EIGHTIES MUSIC brushed the gate and came away slow and in a bit, trailed on the inside into the turn, angled five wide around the bend and finished well to earn the show honors. DEBBY'S GAL stalked from inside to the stretch and lacked a rally. KINTRIGUE pressed from outside to the turn, could not keep up with the leader at the five-sixteenths pole, chased three wide into the lane and faded. IMPROBABLE U stalked outside a rival in the early going, took the turn three to four wide and weakened.
