SHARONS BEACH broke in and bumped, brushed with outer rival early, vied between rivals, put ahead in front at the three-eighths pole, lost command dueling inside DREAMING ON at the quarter pole, battled back to reclaim the lead in upper stretch and dug in gamely to prevail. DREAMING ON vied four then three deep up the backstretch, put a head in front dueling outside SHARONS BEACH at the quarter pole, lost command in upper stretch, fought back through the final furlong but was bested by the winner. DUTTON'S SONG bumped with inner rival early, tracked four wide into the turn, spun three wide into the lane and flattened out in the late stages. CRUISIN FOR CALI bumped with inner rival early, vied between rivals then ceded to the top trio at the half-mile pole, chased along the rail to the five-sixteenths pole, tipped three wide late on the bend and weakened. MONTANA JET bumped with DUTTON'S SONG early, sat off the pace and stayed off the inside, went four wide around the bend, five wide into the lane and lacked a rally. STERLING SEA trailed wide up the backstretch, took the turn five wide and was never a factor. WHYNOTANOTHERONE took a bump at the start then went up to fight for the lead from inside, lost command at the three-eighths pole, could not keep up with outer duo at the quarter pole and retreated through the lane.
