MISS ARTOIS unhurried in the beginning and moved to the two path, asked two then three wide on the far turn, moved out in the lane, rallied in tandem with RESOLVE to the outside, took over in the final fifty yards and held over RESOLVED in the final strides. RESOLVE trailed on the inside early, went outside a rival on the backstretch, ran into traffic near the five-sixteenths pole, angled out into the clear, came four wide into the lane, closed well in tandem with MISS ARTOIS through the lane and just missed. BALTIC FIRE traveled in mid-pack in the two path, launched a run at the half-mile pole, chased from inside on the far turn, altered out a bit from behind DELIGHTFUL LAURA with a furlong remaining, rallied between rivals late and gained third. DELIGHTFUL LAURA pulled while dueling from outside early, cleared inner rival on the backstretch, pressured on the far turn, lost command at the top of the lane, fought back to regain the lead midstretch, then flattened out in the last sixteenth. PRINCESS EM TOO settled in the two path, chased within striking distance three deep with quarter mile remaining, bid between rivals in the lane but lacked the needed late punch. CLAIRE AUSTIN stalked along the rail then in the two path on the first turn, made a three then two wide move on the far turn, took over in upper stretch, relinquished the lead back to DELIGHTFUL LAURA midstretch and flattened late. STOP DIGGING saved ground near the back, trailed into the far turn, got shuffled back a bit near the quarter pole, angled between rivals in upper stretch and failed to menace. LILA coaxed along from the gate, raced near the back on the inside, chased between at the quarter pole, tipped out in the lane and lacked a rally. GOING DEEP broke a step slow, saved ground from off the pace and had little left for the stretch run. PREEM dueled from inside early, stalked up the backstretch, chased in the two path on the far turn and tired.
