Footnotes
WILLOW COVE took control from inside, met bids from DEEP BLUE and PRETTY CECY on the turn, edged clear at the eighth pole under taps of a downturned left handed crop and remained strong to the wire. DEEP BLUE chased three wide leaving the backstretch, bid three deep on the turn, lost contact with the winner into the final furlong and outfinished PRETTY CECY for second. PRETTY CECY showed early speed then followed after the leader closely to the turn, bid between rivals around the bend, turned away by the winner approaching the eighth pole and got outkicked for the place honors. BOOSTER CLUB tracked well off the rail then moved into the three path entering the turn, shifted in one more path before tipping back out, came three wide into the stretch and weakened. CRYPTO CRUSH trailed up the backstretch, saved ground through the turn, tipped a bit off the rail approaching the stretch and failed to menace.
