UFFDA sprinted to the front from inside, opened up a big lead on the turn, showed the way two wide into the stretch, drifted out while carrying a diminished lead into deep stretch and was able to hold safely. RYAN'S GIRL tracked three to four wide, closed in entering deep stretch but could not get to the winner. AUDITORY chased well off the rail in the early going, took the turn three to four wide, kept trying down the lane and earned third. ROUSING JEWEL chased from off the pace, went two to three wide around the bend, paused behind a rival turning for home, moved out into the clear and failed to menace. UNWRITTEN CODE broke well, raced up close the leader early, lost ground in the two path around the bend and weakened in the drive. TIERGARTEN chased along the fence to the turn, dropped back around the bend and also weakened.
