MYSTERIOUS HUSBAND trailed two wide around the first turn, passed a rival while traveling two then three wide around the second bend, angled out in upper stretch, rallied from outside and got up in the final moments. CALL ME SIR tracked the pace from the two path, was closest in pursuit into and around the far turn, drew alongside the leader at the eighth pole, took over into deep stretch and got nailed in the shadow of the wire. SNEAKING CANDY sprinted clear, controlled the pace from inside, remained unchallenged into the stretch, tested by CALL ME SIR at the eighth pole, lost command at the sixteenth pole and was outfinished by the top pair. SWEET ODYSSEY laid off the pace in the two path, moved out in upper stretch, showed late effort through the final furlong and closed the gap late. GOODFELLA (IRE) stalked the pace from inside, stayed on the fence chasing through the far turn and could not produce a bid in the stretch run. FIRE MOUNTAIN reserved in the early going on the inside, lacked room behind GOODFELLA (IRE) and got shuffled back a bit in the middle stages, saved ground through the far turn, trailed into the stretch, angled out in the lane and failed to menace.
