TWIRLING POINT was closest in pursuit a bit off the rail in the early going, crept closer on the backstretch, latched onto the leader at the three-eighths pole. CITY EXILE (GB) settled in the two path, drew closer on the backstretch, gained two then three wide on the far turn, finished willingly to gain second but could not threaten the winner in the final furlong. LIVING LIFE exchanged bumps with AMPLITUDE in the beginning, raced between rivals then trailed outside AMPLITUDE around the clubhouse turn, saved ground at the back of the field on the far turn, angled out at the top of the stretch and summoned a mild rally to gain third. DICEY MO CHARA (GB) got bumped from outside early, tracked the pacesetter from inside to the far turn, eased over to the two path around the bend, chased between runners turning for home but weakened down the lane. AMPLITUDE got bumped around and crowded between rivals early, angled to the inside trailing the field, had one beat into the far turn, continued on the fence then eased off the rail with a quarter mile remaining and faded in the drive. WIZARD OF WESTWOOD took control from inside, gained company with three furlongs left to run, got head at the five-sixteenths marker, yielded to the winner late on the bend and folded in the lane.
