LAVENDER LOVE controlled the pace through both turns, roused entering the lane, asked right handed midstretch, padded lead into the final sixteenth and was in hand near the wire. DORIE MILLER stalked from inside, followed behind the lead through the far turn, given her cue entering the lane, failed to make any headway on the winner in the final furlong but was clearly second best. RYAN'S GIRL bumped leaving the gate, stalked two wide around both turns, asked left handed in upper stretch, switched to the right hand with a furlong remaining and weakened. STAY IN LINE followed in range three wide early, went four wide into the far turn, chased two wide into the lane and tired. BUDS N SUDS bumped with RYAN'S GIRL at the start, tracked in the two path, lost ground midway up the backstretch, raced on the inside through the far turn and could not make an impact.
