THERMAL sprinted clear and showed the way up the backstretch, saved ground through the turn, roused in upper stretch, asked right handed midstretch and drew away under strong handling. MAGNIFICAT stalked from inside, asked early on the turn, stayed on the fence to the stretch, could not threaten the winner down the lane but was able to outfinish CASH CALL for second. CASH CALL stalked the lone leader outside a rival to the lane, lacked the needed response iin the drive and got outkicked for second. VIOLETA M (ARG) trailed the field up the backstretch, lost ground in the three path on the turn and tired in the stretch run.
