MISS MEAGHER (IRE) settled off the top pair, gained along the rail around the bend, rallied inside the leader to take over midstretch and edged clear late. PRINCESS MIDNIGHT trailed the field up the backstretch, rounded the bend in the two path, angled out at the top of the lane and rallied to get by FANCY FACTS for the second. FANCY FACTS showed speed outside HOW LOVELY (IRE) then cleared that rival and crossed over to the inside, saved ground through the turn, drifted out in the lane and was overtaken midstretch, then got caught for second in the final moments. HOW LOVELY (IRE) raced up close on the inside then switched to the outside of the leader, chased two wide under asking on the turn and weakened.
