ONE STEP BEYOND vied between rivals then dueled inside a rival past the half-mile pole, carried a short lead under confident handling around the bend, roused approaching the stretch with a trio of rivals to the outside, edged clear in midstretch and inched away late. THROWTHEFIRSTPUNCH vied for the lead from inside early then chased past the half-mile pole, angled out at the quarter pole, challenged three deep between rivals turning for home, fought with ONE STEP BEYOND to midstretch, then got turned away outside the sixteenth pole and stayed on for second. CARL ERSKINE tracked off the rail then between rivals into the turn, angled from the two path to the four path around the bend, could not summon the needed rally but kept on to edge BOSSING MO for third. BOSSING MO vied four deep early then chased from outside past the half-mile pole, bid four deep late on the bend, fought to the eighth pole, then flattened out and lost third. ACTUNG BABY fought for the early lead between rivals then dueled from outside, vied between rivals again turning for home but weakened down the lane. SOUTHERN SIG chased from well off the rail early then moved into the three path for the turn, remained off the rail into the drive and faded. HONORING AUTISM coaxed along early from off the rail, dropped back in the two path on the turn and tired. OFFLEETHIRSTY broke a step slow, angled in trailing the field early, tipped three wide for the stretch and came up empty.
