FEISTY RED HEAD stalked the top trio up the backstretch, drafted behind the leader along the rail through the turn, rallied up the fence and outkicked SAUCIER in deep stretch. SAUCIER broke a bit slow, quickly moved up closer behind behind the leaders, went two wide into the turn, bid three deep late on the bend, put a head in front midstretch but got outkicked by the winner in the last sixteenth. BAD MANNERS vied between rivals up the backstretch, dueled outside WOLF HILL on the turn, fought between rivals again in the stretch and got outkicked by the top pair. FIRE BAN vied three deep to the turn, could not keep up with the top pair but remained close in the three then four path around the bend, kept trying down the lane and earned a minor award. WOLF HILL vied inside a pair of rivals to the turn, took a short lead dueling with BAD MANNERS around the bend, lost command outside the eighth pole and got outfinished in the late stages. TURKEY BIRD trailed the field from off the rail, navigated the turn two wide and failed to menace.
