SCATALOTADINGDONG stalked from inside through both turns, tipped two wide into the lane, challenged from outside, cleared midstretch and was able hold on at the wire. VENTRY STRAND settled along the inside, closer into the backstretch, gained along the rail then tipped two wide near the quarter pole, swung four wide into the lane, closed in on the leader, then surged late but just missed. FUMANO'S MAGIC tracked from inside then moved into the two path, continued two wide on the far turn, got fanned five wide into the lane and ran on to gain third. UECKER controlled the pace on the inside, roused on the far turn, cut the corner into the lane, offered little resistance to the winner in upper stretch and flattened to fourth in the final furlong. ROMANTIC RIDE reserved in the beginning and moved to the two path, asked three wide around the far turn, got fanned six wide approaching the stretch and weakened. VICKY LYN was closest in pursuit in the two path, put in a mild bid around the far turn but could not keep up three wide turning for home and faded down the lane.
