LILO LIL stepped to the front and controlled the pace from inside, remained unchallenged into the lane, confronted by WILD LIKE THE WEST at the eighth pole, dug in under right handed urging and gamely prevailed. WILD LIKE THE WEST broke in a bit, stalked the lone speed along the rail inside a rival, followed behind LILO LIL through the far turn, ridden along into the lane, moved out under left handed urging in upper stretch, drew alongside the leader at the eighth pole, fought three deep late and missed. VICTORIOUS DREAM (IRE) reserved in the early going and steered to the rail, drew closer in the middle stages, roused leaving the far turn, rallied between rivals in deep stretch but ran out of ground. INBOX (GB) bumped leaving the gate, traveled two wide near the back of the field in the opening stages, picked up stride two then three wide on the far turn, got floated out a bit in upper stretch, finished well through the lane but lacked the needed late punch. DARYA (IRE) followed in range from the two path, got moved out in upper stretch, finished willingly in the furlong grounds but also failed to summon the needed final kick. ABIGAIL was closest in pursuit of the leader in the two path or outside WILD LIKE THE WEST, remained close through the far turn, got floated out a bit in upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. TOTAL VAL bumped with INBOX (GB) at the start, moved inside trailing the field, tipped out at the quarter pole, steered out further in the lane and lacked further response. TIYARA laid off the pace outside a rival, asked in the two path then along the rail on the far turn, tipped out at the top of the stretch and could not threaten.
