Footnotes
RAGS OVER RICHES chased four wide into the turn, moved into the three path while starting to make progress around the bend, collared WOODSON at the eighth pole, quickly disposed of that rival and won going away. WOODSON sprinted clear and opened up a comfortable lead, traveled along the fence through the turn, remained unchallenged to the top of the lane, headed by RAGS OVER RICHES at the eighth pole, gave the lead up quickly, grew weary late but was able to save second. BAD REPUTATION lacked early speed outside a rival, angled to the two path entering the turn, picked up stride while finding the rail on the bend, steered out into the stretch, finished well down the lane but failed to get by WOODSON for the place honors. DREAMING ON was closest in pursuit in the early going, crept closer in the two path on the turn, chased within striking distance to midstretch but could not summon the needed late kick. PACER was off slow to begin, raced inside a rival at the back, trailed around the bend and was never a factor. KORE KINETIC climbed while giving chase from inside then moved out into the clear, took the turn three then two wide, tipped back to the three path turning for home and weakened.
