PRINCE DOLCE reserved on the inside in the early going, coaxed along around the far turn, moved into range late on that bend, moved out and asked left handed in upper stretch, rallied three deep and switched to the right hand in the last sixteenth and drove clear from inner pair for the victory. I'M OTTER HERE was forwardly placed four then three deep on the clubhouse turn, dueled outside BURNING RUBBER up the backstretch and around the far turn, put a head in front at the eighth pole, carried a short lead into deep stretch but got outkicked by the winner late. SANTA BARBARIAN showed early foot between rivals then took a stalking position next to the rail midway around the first turn, asked along the rail then in the two path on the far turn, chased determinedly into deep stretch, steadied briefly when PRINCE DOLCE angled in front and was kept on to earn third. BURNING RUBBER vied with outer trio into the first turn, took control around the bend, dueled with I'M OTTER HERE up the backstretch, around the far turn and into the lane, gave the lead up with a furlong remaining, fought on to the sixteenth pole and weakened late. LIVING LIFE traveled in the two path towards the rear early on, crept closer three deep in the middle stages, remained three wide to the stretch, tipped out into the clear and improved position. POOR CONNECTION tracked along the rail then shifted to the two path, got shuffled back steadily on the backstretch, chased between rivals in the two path on the far turn, cut the corner into the lane and could not rally. EMPIRE'S CLASSIC trailed on the inside into the first turn, steered out past the half-mile pole, went four deep into the far turn, angled down to the two path, swung back to the four path approaching the stretch and was never a factor. MYSTERIOUS HUSBAND showed early speed three deep between rivals then took a stalking position in the two path outside a rival, chased three deep at the five-sixteenths pole, then weakened down the lane. AMERICAN GLORY (GB) raced outside a rival out of range into the first turn, tugged the rider forward and challenged the leaders from outside on the backstretch, failed to keep up around the far turn and faded down the lane.
