SABERTOOTH unhurried in early going and moved inside, drew closer in the middle stages, moved into range on the far turn, tipped out at the top of the lane, challenged the leader with a furlong remaining, took over past the sixteenth pole and held over the late run from HIGHPLAINSDRIFTER in the end. HIGHPLAINSDRIFTER traveled outside a rival at the back in the early going, three deep on the backstretch, chased in the four path around the far turn, spun five wide into the lane, rallied widest and drew alongside the winner late but ran out of ground. STYLISHLYACCLAIMED dueled from outside early then took a stalking position in the two path on the clubhouse turn, drew alongside JIMMY BLUE JEANS into the far turn, took over with a quarte mile remaining, put JIMMY BLUE JEANS away in upper stretch, challenged by SABERTOOTH shortly after and got outkicked by the top pair in the late stages. DRUIDIC tracked the pace from inside, roused and eased over to the two path on the far turn, put in a mild bid in upper stretch but lacked the needed late punch. DYNODAVE broke well then dropped off the pace, saved ground along the rail on the clubhouse turn, crept closer two wide on the backstretch, came under a ride in the three path on the far turn, tipped four wide turning for home, passed weakening rivals but flattened out in the late stages. JIMMY BLUE JEANS dueled from inside then cleared outer rival to take control, took pressure at the three-eighths pole, lost the lead at the quarter pole, yielded in upper stretch and gave way in the furlong grounds. SPEED OF ELON reserved in the early going and steered to the inside, drew closer in the middle stages, went two wide into the far turn, ran into traffic past the three-eighths pole, moved to the inside for a clear path but came up empty in the lane.
