Footnotes
INNOVATIVE broke out, showed the way along the inside under pressure from NAFISA, roused on the far turn still holding a short advantage, finally disposed of NAFISA midstretch and inched away in the last sixteenth. NAFISA got floated out leaving the gate, pressed the pace from outside, given cue leaving the far turn, fought to the eighth pole, could not kick on with the leader midstretch and held safely for second. CHURCH LADY (IRE) got bumped twice and shuffled back leaving the gate, checked behind a troubled rival early, saved ground from mid-pack through both turns, angled out at the top of the lane and gained third. RUNYON CANYON unhurried four deep early then moved into the two path for the first turn, continued out of range three deep into the second bend, moved into the two path midway through that turn and advanced between rivals, chased between foes again at the sixteenth pole and got outkicked for third while improving position. PRESTIGE FUNGSON broke a step slow, angled in and started to pull first time through the start, settled into a stalking position in hand, tugged the rider forward at the seven-sixteenths pole, tipped three wide approaching the quarter pole and flattened out down the lane. TIME TO SHINE chased from off the pace in the two path, remained two wide to the far turn, shifted to the rail around the bend and lacked a response when called upon. AUTHENTIC GRACE bumped twice in the beginning, took up when losing her path early, lacked room behind a rival from the three-eighths pole to the five-sixteenths marker and passed tired rivals down the lane. EASTWICK stalked in the two path outside a rival, traveled three wide around the far turn and faded in the stretch run. DOUBLE CAPPUCCINO took up racing first time through the start, raced off the pace in the three path around both turns and weakened.
