LUNAR IMPACT (GB) took an early lead outside TAHINI, cleared that rival and crossed to the inside for the turn, led a bit off the inside into the stretch, drew away in upper stretch and padded the lead under mild hand urging. UNCORKED (AUS) raced in range two wide into the turn, eased over to the three path around the bend, finished willingly down the lane but failed to threaten the winner while besting the rest. VENGANZA bumped outer rival at the start, allowed to settle in the opening stages, went three then four wide around the turn and was along for the show honors. VALENCE raced up close outside a pair of rivals, continued three wide into the lane and weakened in the furlong grounds. ANG N ASH tracked out of range two wide into the turn, moved over to the rail around the bend and improved position along the fence in the stretch run. MISS ROBERTS (GB) was rank in the early chasing from off the pace while moving to the inside, tipped two wide past the quarter pole, angled out in the lane and failed to menace. TAHINI bumped leaving the gate, showed early speed inside LUNAR IMPACT (GB) early before ceding command, stalked along the rail through the turn, steered off the fence entering the lane and weakened. CHISMOSA trailed in the three path into the turn, steered to the two path, angled out crossing the dirt and failed to make an impact. GRANNY BUDGIE (GB) brushed leaving the gate, pulled early between rivals, flanked the leader from outside into the turn, chased two wide turning for home and tired in the stretch run.
