Footnotes
QUANTUM INNERGY content to trail the field from inside early, gained two then three wide around the far turn, tipped out and rallied widest in upper stretch, fought four deep into the final sixteenth and bested her younger sister late. FIBONACCIS RIDE allowed to settle in the two path, made a three wide move around the far turn, fought four deep into the final furlong, put head in front midstretch and showed the way into deep stretch but could not fend off her older sibling. VICKY LYN stalked the top pair from inside, drafted behind the leader around the far turn, put in a bid from the fence but was outkicked in the late stages. FRENCH MOONLIGHT followed in range from the two path, lost positions between rivals on the far turn, moved out in the lane and finished willingly to regain a minor award, pulled up on the backstretch and was transported off the track via equine ambulance. HELLO KID O KID O prompted the pace from outside, fought between rivals late on the far turn and finished evenly in the final furlong. APPLE PIE settled along the rail, stayed on the fence to the far turn, came under a ride at the quarter pole, angled out in the lane and lacked further response. JENNYS WINE GIRL set the pace under pressure from HELLO KID O KID O to the outside, carried a short lead over a pair of rivals leaving the far turn, clung to the lead with a furlong remaining, then relinquished the lead midstretch and weakened in the final sixteenth.
