Footnotes
MISO PHANSY stalked three deep then outside a rival around the first turn, challenged the top pair from outside into the far turn, put a head in front in upper stretch and inched away from WE THE HOBBY late. WE THE HOBBY prompted the pace from outside, headed the leader on the backstretch, led between rivals on the far turn, lost command in upper stretch, stayed on well into the last sixteenth and proved second best. MPERFECTION stalked from inside, asked through the far turn while continuing to save ground, angled out in upper stretch and finished willingly to earn the show honors. WILD WEST COAST pulled between early then dropped back slightly and found the rail on the first turn, remained inside through the second bend, tipped out into the lane and produced a mild rally to earn a minor award. PAVEL'S ETOILE led from inside under pressure from WE THE HOBBY, headed by that rival on the backstretch, lost command dueling around the far turn, yielded to the top pair in upper stretch and remained within range to the wire. SUNTORY TIME unhurried in the opening stages on the inside, went outside a rival on the backstretch, continued two wide through the far turn, steered out into the lane and gained ground late while needing to find more.
