MICI'S EXPRESS raced up close along the rail and had to check in tight quarters entering the first turn, moved over to the two path stalking the pace on the clubhouse turn, drew alongside the leader midway around the far turn, fought on even terms turning for home, cleared into the final furlong and held safely. GRANDISIMO trailed from inside early, was on the move through the second bend while easing off the fence, chased after the top pair three wide into the lane, finished well and edged SPIRITUAL ADVISOR for second. SPIRITUAL ADVISOR laid off the pace in the three path, chased four deep at the five-sixteenths pole, went three to four wide into the lane, finished willingly in tandem with GRANDISIMO and got edged for the place honors. BALLYHOOLIGAN raced up close in the three path into the first turn, took control and moved into the two path around the bend, led on the inside into the far turn, challenged by MICI'S EXPRESS at the five-sixteenths pole, resisted to the stretch, yielded to the winner at the eighth pole and weakened. TEE N OFF tracked two then three wide on the clubhouse turn, traveled three deep at the five-sixteenths pole, tipped out into the lane and lacked a rally. TIGGRRR WHITWORTH showed brief speed then ceded command to BALLYHOLLIGAN, stalked that rival up the backstretch, dropped back on the far turn and was eased in the lane.
