LEGAL HEIR sprinted to the front and crossed over to the inside, carried a comfortable lead through the turn, came under a ride approaching the stretch, showed the way into the final furlong and stayed clear under right handed encouragement. BOGARTS BUCCHERO tracked from inside, roused on the turn, finished willingly in tandem with META STAR and held second over that rival. META STAR stalked between rivals then two wide into the turn, chased determinedly down the lane outside of BOGARST BUCCHERO, could not find the needed response and got outfinished for the place honors. FLAMBOYANT raced off the pace in the early going, asked two then three wide on the turn, offered a mild response and edged KOEKKOEK for a minor award. KOEKKOEK (GB) stalked three deep approaching the turn, moved into the two path around the bend, tipped out at the top of the lane and failed to produce a bid. MONUMENTAL steadied off heels early, ran up on heels between rivals, bothered inner rival at the three-eighths pole, got put in tight and steadied at the five-sixteenths marker, cut the corner into the stretch and lacked a rally. DON REBELDE crossed awkwardly onto the dirt while forwardly placed on the outside, lost ground past the half-mile pole, navigated the turn three then two wide and failed to menace. GALLATIN chased from inside then fell out of range up the backstretch, got put in tight by MONUMENTAL and checked at the three-eighths pole, stayed on the fence to the stretch and never rallied. BAD REPUTATION laid off the pace outside a rival, traveled three deep on the turn, spun four wide into the lane and failed to menace. FREDDY FIVE FOUR broke a step slow and lost a clear path at the start, raced outside a rival at the back, chased a bit off the rail into the lane and was never a factor. MUSIC SCENE broke a step slow then veered in leaving the gate, traveled inside a rival at the back, checked at the three-eighths pole, trailed into the stretch and could not make an impact.
