DEUCARI broke on top then taken just off the pace while bit keen, tracked leading duo from two path, angled three wide on the turn, moved up then engaged leaders three deep in upper stretch, gained lead at eighth pole and kicked cklear. RULER OF LAW pressured the early pacesetter, moved up outside that rival and vied for lead early on the turn, dueled rest of the bend, gained brief lead entering the lane, could not go with the winner in the drive but moved clear of others late. CONQUER WE MUST (IRE) was in bit tight shortly after the start and again crossing dirt portion while tossing his head, chased two or three wide to the stretch, came in some thru the lane and was along for third. SMASHING MACHINE flashed good early foot, set pace under pressure into the turn, resisted when challenged on the turn, relinquished control into the stretch and weakened along the rail. DEEP TRACKS hopped slightly leaving the gate, raced inside, dropped back some around the turn and lacked any late response from along the rail.
