SEPARATOR sent clear and crossed over, took light pressure from MAGIC JEWEL at the five-sixteenths pole, turned that rival away with a quarter mile remaining, drew off in upper stretch and continued under urging to the wire. ZADRA tracked the pacesetter from inside, hugged the rail through the turn, moved into second at the top of the lane, could not make any headway on the winner in the final furlong but stayed on to secure the place. GLORY'Z CLUBHOUSE trailed the field up the backstretch, ridden along the rail around the bend, produced a mild rally staying next to the fence and almost got by ZADRA for the second. CELESTIAL SKIES followed in range then got crowded and steadied briefly between rivals early, dropped off the pace, raced on the inside into the turn, chased two wide turning for home, drifted out in upper stretch and lacked a rally. SURFIN THE COAST gave chase from off the pace, rounded the bend two then three wide, got floated out by CELESTIAL SKIES in upper stretch and also failed to rally. MAGIC JEWEL was off a bit slow from the outside, moved up to be closest in pursuit of the leader from outside, put in a mild bid on the turn, got turned away at the quarter pole and tired down the stretch.
