Footnotes
VIBEZ tracked two wide to the far turn, tipped three wide at the quarter pole, bid three deep approaching the eighth pole, took the lead with a sixteenth remaining and held over WORD PLAY (GB) in the final strides. WORD PLAY (GB) raced keenly in-hand early while in range on the inside, tipped two wide midway around the far turn, was forced to wait for room behind the leaders in upper stretch, bid between rivals midstretch, dug in along the rail late and missed. NADETTE (FR) unhurried in the early going and moved inside, stayed on the fence to the lane, moved out in upper stretch, split foes midstretch, moved out and rallied five deep late and got up for third. VENGANZA rated in the two path outside a rival, challenged from outside with a quarter mile remaining, took over at the eighth pole and was outfinished in the last sixteenth. RAW ABILITY (IRE) saved ground from off the pace through both turns, moved out a bit in upper stretch and finished well between foes. WATCHTOWER reserved between rivals in the two path around the first turn, ridden along still between runners two then three wide on the second bend, chased in range into deep stretch but finished evenly late. SUN OF HILL (BRZ) traveled near the back in the two path, roused on the far turn, came three wide into the stretch, tipped out then cut back inside a rival in upper stretch and failed to menace. BALTIC FIRE stalked the speed from the rail, came under a ride on the far turn, cut the corner into the lane, lacked room in midstretch and flattened in the late stages. MAHINA traveled in mid-pack three deep around the first turn, chased three then four deep on the second bend and failed to rally. GRANNY BUDGIE (GB) raced four deep off the pace into the first turn then angled over to the two path, remained two wide on the second bend, angled out in upper stretch and lacked further response. VIOLETA M (ARG) controlled the pace from inside through the opening stages, challenged by a rival at the quarter pole, relinquished the lead with a furlong remaining, stayed on to the sixteenth pole and weakened. MISS ROBERTS (GB) was rank between rivals then trailing in the two path early, settled on the backstretch, remained at the back to the stretch and could not make an impact.
