Footnotes
JANEY CREED settled inside, shifted to the two path picking up stride on the turn, tipped three wide into the stretch, bid four deep in the furlong grounds and outkicked NOT A SINNER (GB) for the victory. NOT A SINNER (GB) broke in the air to come away very slow, moved into range up the backstretch, went two wide around the turn, bid three deep in the lane, led momentarily late but got outkicked by the winner. NIKOLINA rubbed the gate leaving, stalked up close three deep, bid two wide late on the bend, took over into the final furlong, carried a short lead into the last sixteenth but could not fend off the top pair. WATCH OVER US set the pace with ELITE HEAT (GB) to the outside, cleared that rival, took pressure late on the turn, relinquished the lead outside the eighth pole and weakened. ANDIAMO RAGAZZA stalked from inside, got blocked and had to steady behind ELITE HEAT (GB) on the turn, tipped two wide approaching the stretch and could not rally. ELITE HEAT (GB) pressed from outside then chased the leader leaving the backstretch, started to lose ground while moving to the rail midway around the bend, then faded in the lane. ANGELICA BAY (IRE) was fractious in the gate, broke well then dropped back early, trailed on the inside, angled out into the lane and was never a factor.
