Footnotes
BACK BURN settled out wide in the early going, went four wide into the turn, was on the move angling to the two path, tipped back out and bid three deep turning for home, surged clear in upper stretch under mild urging and was ridden out to the wire. VINO VINO VINO bobbled and bumped leaving the gate but still came away quickest, chased after the lone speed up the backstretch, went two wide into the turn, found the rail quickly, shifted back to the two path with a quarter mile remaining, bid between entering the lane, was no match for the winner in upper stretch but was clearly second best. GRAMMY'S GAL bothered by erratic rival early, coaxed along from off the pace, went two wide into the turn, angled to the inside, steered off the fence in the lane and ran on for third. I KNOW NOTHING trailed up the backstretch, advanced outside rivals on the turn, chased two wide into the lane, kept on for a minor award but failed to threaten. DOUBLE D LITE broke in and bumped, sped clear and set the pace staying well off the rail, angled into the three path entering the turn, steered down the inside, challenged by pair of rivals turning for home and folded once overtaken in upper stretch. MAGIC WORLD raced greenly up the backstretch, dropped back along the inside on the turn, angled out in the lane and proved no menace. PROSPECT OF LOVE got bumped on both sides leaving the gate, chased off the rail then dropped off the pace up the backstretch, fell back to last early on the turn, tired and eased in the furlong grounds and walked off.
