Footnotes
NYSOS stalked the top pair from inside, angled off the fence around the far turn, bid three wide between foes exiting the bend, put a head in front in upper stretch, battled with NEVADA BEACH while getting floated inward and gamely prevailed. NEVADA BEACH stalked in the two path then between rivals, angled out and bid four wide approaching the stretch, drifted in while dueling outside NYSOS, fought head to head into the closing the moments but could not get by the winner. BARTHOLDY broke in and bumped INDISPENSABLE, went up to press the pace from outside, dueled and took over on the far turn, showed the way with outer rivals looming into the stretch, relinquished the lead and yielded to the top pair with a furlong remaining, flattened in the stages but was still a clear third. VODKA VODKA took control and moved inside, set the pace under pressure from BARTHOLDY, lost command at the five-sixteenths pole, stayed on through the far turn inside outer trio, then weakened in the stretch run. CORNISHMAN steered to the inside at the back, went two wide into the far turn, asked left handed while finding the rail again around the bend, moved out in upper stretch and failed to menace. INDISPENSABLE got bumped and crowded by BARTHOLDY leaving the gate, followed in range three deep, got moved out to the four path around the far turn and faded in the lane.
