Footnotes
A LITTLE AT FIRST broke out at the start, moved out into the first turn, rounded that bend in the two path, was well placed while following the solo leader, ranged up in the two path on the far turn, rallied to the lead into upper stretch then kicked clear, remained clear into the final sixteenth and held under strong urging. WILLPOWERED raced in the three path on the first turn, settled towards the front, was urged along in the three path on the far turn, chased the winner in the stretch and showed good courage to just get the place. HONOREE went around the first turn in the three path, settled on the outside without cover, moved closer late on the backstretch, was urged along in the four path on the far turn, pursued the winner with good courage in the stretch and just missed the place while able to get the show. OAT COUTOUR settled on the inside, moved out under urging on the far turn, reached the four path later on that bend, spun into the stretch in the six path, bumped with JACK'S WORLD inside the three-sixteenths pole then swapped back to his inside lead, drifted in approaching the sixteenth-pole then bumped again with that foe and improved for the last spot in the superfecta. JACK'S WORLD rounded the first turn in the two path, settled well back in the field, was urged along in the three path on the far turn, came into the stretch in the five path, bumped with OAT COUTOUR inside the three-sixteenths pole, was bumped by that foe around the sixteenth-pole and gained some but missed the superfecta. HOMEWOOD HUSTLE pulled while keen under restraint early, departed the backstretch between horses, raced in the three path on the first turn, was reserved with cover, moved out from cover near the half-mile pole, was urged along in the three path on the far turn and lacked the needed response. NAGUILE moved in while going to the front, showed the way on the inside with a clear advantage, was asked on the far turn, lost the advantage to the winner into upper stretch and gave way. LANDAUER settled in the two path, was urged along on the far turn and failed to rally. SIX FORTYFIVE traveled around the first turn in the two path, settled towards the rear, raced between horses leaving the backstretch, was urged along in the two path on the far turn and failed to threaten. MOSCONI raced in the three path on both turns and was no factor. PROBABILITY settled on the inside, steadied behind the retreating WHO'S YOUR ZADDY nearing the five-sixteenths pole, came off the rail then spun into the stretch in the three path and failed to respond. WHO'S YOUR ZADDY was hustled from the gate, settled on the inside, came up empty on the far turn and retreated then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
