RIGHT TO VOTE was taken under a tight hold early then rated on the inside, came under urging late on the final turn then moved to the two path, rallied to make a bid into the final furlong, battled outside of the runner-up to the finish and prevailed under strong urging. OPERATION OVERLORD rounded the first turn in the two path, took the lead into the stretch for the first time then went clear, showed the way from that juncture while saving ground, was asked under threat on the final turn, dueled with a foe into the final furlong, battled with the winner to the finish and missed while able to get the place. MONTEREY BAY settled outside in the three path, made a bid in the two path on the final turn, dueled with the runner-up into the final furlong, fought between horses into the final sixteenth and was outfinished while just able to get the show. GREYSTONE bumped with a foe at the start, was keen under restraint in the two path on the first turn then was reserved off the pace, moved to the three path under urging on the final turn, bumped solidly with HEATHGUARD near the five-sixteenths pole, came into the stretch in the five path and improved to just miss the show. I AM I SAID (GB) broke a step slow then was taken up off heels, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the first turn, settled at the rear, saved ground on the second turn, continued at the rear down the backstretch, was roused in the three path while getting closer on the final turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, chased into the final furlong, moved out some around the sixteenth-pole and lacked the needed kick. EDGERTON hit the gate at the start but broke with the body of the field, saved ground while reserved off the pace, was roused on the final turn and also lacked the needed kick. HEATHGUARD was taken back early, saved ground on the first turn, was unhurried near the rear, rounded the second turn in the two path, was roused in the three then four path on the final turn, bumped solidly with GREYSTONE coming to the five-sixteenths pole, turned into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. LIKENESS went to the front, raced inside on the first turn, lost the advantage into the stretch for the first time, dropped back then moved outside to track the pace in the two path, came up empty on the final turn and dropped out.
