MAGNANIMOUS MAX settled just off the pace off the inside, was asked while moving from the two path to the four path on the far turn, gained to make an outside bid while still on his inside lead in upper stretch, swapped to the proper lead while dueling with the runner-up at the furlong marker, drifted out some outside the sixteenth-pole and proved best under good handling. COCKTAILSNKRINGLE was hustled to the front, rounded the first turn, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked while inside on the far turn, moved to the two path approaching the quarter-pole, drifted out a bit while battling with the winner inside the furlong marker and was outfinished late while clear for the place. FIRST BLESSING was hustled from the gate then eased back along the rail on the first turn, raced just off the pace, chased inside on the far turn, moved to the two path outside the quarter-pole, swung out to the five path into the stretch and lacked the needed kick while clear for the show. GEORGIA MAGIC raced in the three path on the first turn, prompted the pace on the outside, was asked in the two path on the far turn, moved to the three path late on that bend, battled under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened.
