LEON BLUE hustled from the gate, cut the pace just off the inside under urging from three-eighths under pressure from SHARED SUCCESS to the outside, spun two to three wide into upper stretch, edged away to the eighth pole, dug in and held well to the finish. CABLE READY bobbled at the break, chased four wide coming under urging near the quarter pole, angled seven wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive running on willingly to chased the winner home well clear of the rest and along second best. SHARED SUCCESS prompted the pace of LEON BLUE to the outside four then three wide coming under a ride with five-sixteenths to go, swung four wide into upper stretch, got repelled by the top one and weakened to the finish while clear for the show honors. EL DE LARRY bobbled at the break, chased three paths off the inside until tucked inside through the far turn, came under coaxing three furlongs out, spun three wide into upper stretch, tired. SMOOTH BREEZE three wide through the first turn, chased five then four wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths pole, swung four to five wide for home and tired. CLEAR CONSCIENCE coaxed from the gate, raced four then three wide through the first turn and then four to five paths off the rail down the backstretch detached at the tail of the field, came under prolonged urging from the nine-sixteenths marker, tucked to the two path into and through the turn, angled out nine to ten wide into upper stretch and made no impact. MO TRUMP coaxed from the start, chased along the inside early on and then two to three wide thereafter, came under coaxing half a mile from home, angled four to five wide into upper stretch and faltered in the drive.
