EMIRATES ROAD raced inside for most of the first turn then moved to the two path, settled near the back, angled from the two path to the four path under urging on the far turn, rallied in then five path into upper stretch, closed strongly to get the lead inside the furlong marker, fought with the runner-up into the final sixteenth then edged clear under steady urging. ALTERNATE REALITY stumbled while making contact with the outside of the gate at the start but broke with the body of the field, saved ground on the first turn, was well placed just off the pace, drafted inside to the two path on the far turn, shifted out from behind the leading duo in upper stretch, gained to make a bid inside the furlong marker. FRIZZANTE went around the first turn in the two then three path, settled outside at the rear, angled from the three path to the five path under urging on the far turn, turned into upper stretch in the six path and improved to get the show. CASTLE CHAOS broke out at the start, raced in the three path on the first turn, prompted the pace on the outside, drew even with the leader in the two then three path on the far turn, was roused late on that bend, turned into upper stretch under a drive, battled with CELESTIAL GLAZE into the final furlong, dropped back into the final sixteenth and weakened. CELESTIAL GLAZE was hustled to the front, rounded the first turn in the two path, showed the way on the inside of CASTLE CHAOS, vied along the rail while asked on the far turn, turned into upper stretch on even terms for the lead, battled under a drive into the final furlong, dropped back into the final sixteenth and tired. COUNTERSPY had his head corrected by the assistant starter just as the latch was sprung, came out a step slow, went around the first turn in the four path, settled on the outside, chased in the three then four path on the far turn, pursued the leaders under a drive into upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong, drifted in outside the sixteenth-pole and faltered.
