SIX FORTYFIVE established the front shortly after the start and showed the way in hand along the inside through moderate splits uncontested, settled into a comfortable rhythm and remained patiently handled until roused spinning two to three wide into upper stretch, edged away to inside the eighth pole, dug in and held well and safe to the finish. COACH CASE settled tracking the leader just off the inside from just off the pace, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun three wide into upper stretch, closed in through the final furlong too late and with enough kick to reel in the top one while clear of the rest and along second best. FINAL DENILE broke in at the start bumping SOLO EMPIRE, settled tracking the front just off the inside from near the rear of the field, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, kicked on belatedly to the finish. DREAMS OF ROME tracked the pace along the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole and took the inside route into upper stretch, dug in under a drive, weakened in the late stages. SALT SPARTAN three then two wide through the first turn, chased two to three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened in the late going. BLUE PILL tracked the pace along the inside coming under urging near the quarter pole, angled five to six wide at the head of the stretch, offered no response. OUTTAWATERBURY saved ground in pursuit from mid pack, got ridden along with five-sixteenths to go, angled four wide into upper stretch, weakened. FREE REFILLS lost his rear footing at the start and broke near the top despite it, saved ground at the tail of the field, came under encouragement near the quarter pole and went nine to ten wide into upper stretch, made no impact. MO KREESA chased two to three wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, angled five wide into upper stretch, tired. CORVUS four then three wide through the first turn, chased four then three wide coming under urging near the quarter pole, angled seven wide into upper stretch, tired.
