KENTUCKY BELLE settled along the inside and then just off the inside near the rear of the field and remained patiently handled until put to coaxing with five-sixteenths to go, angled out to swing six to seven wide into upper stretch, closed well to issue a challenge inside the final furlong knocking heads with the runner up through the final sixteenth and was just up in the last jumps to prevail. FAITHFUL DEPARTED settled just off the inside near the rear of the field through the first turn, tipped to the three path down the backstretch keeping the cover of rivals in front, tucked briefly to the two path into the far turn before tipping three wide at three-eighths commencing a strong bid circling rivals, got tipped four wide when IMAGINATIONLADY tipped three wide at the five-sixteenths and briefly joined her to her inside, swung five then four wide into upper stretch causing pressure that pinched out the weakening JUST ALOOF and then the former leader CODE when seizing the front straightened away for home being guided inside to get a look at FITZ RIGHT along the inside, edged away under a drive to the eighth pole, dug in under threat from flanking challengers briefly, came in very slightly under a right handed crop and FITZ RIGHT paused inside her before emerging head to head with the top one through the final sixteenth and was nailed in the last jumps to the finish. FITZ RIGHT coaxed from the gate, tracked the front just off the inside from just off the pace, tucked inside with seven-sixteenths to go and remained patiently handled until roused taking the two path into upper stretch, rallied up the inside to issue a challenge inside the final furlong, paused briefly when FAITHFUL DEPARTED came in very slightly. BLESS HER settled tracking the front along the inside and then just off the inside from just off the pace, got steadied when briefly off heels near the seven-sixteenths marker and tucked to the inside, came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, angled five wide into upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. IMAGINATIONTHELADY settled just off the inside in pursuit from mid pack, tipped three wide down the backstretch before tucking to the two path into the far turn, tipped out three wide put to urging at the five-sixteenths forcing FAITHFUL DEPARTED to tip four wide at that station, swung four wide into upper stretch, came inwards straightened away forcing CODE to pause in tight between rivals, then weakened in the late going. CONSENSUS VIEW (GB) grew a bit rank under restraint off the heels of FAITHFUL DEPARTED before heading into the first turn, settled two to three wide at the tail of the field, came under urging with five-sixteenths remaining, angled five wide into upper stretch and tired. JUST ALOOF raced three then two wide in closest aim of the leader, came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to run, began to fade near the quarter pole and was forced to check two then three wide into upper stretch at that station when pinched out by faster moving rivals, then tired through to the finish. CODE had her head cocked to the inside just prior to the start and was moving unsettled when the latch was sprung but broke with the field despite it, ranged up after the start and assumed command showing the way in hand just off the inside under the close watch of JUST ALOOF to the outside, tucked inside with seven-sixteenths remaining, came under coaxing nearing the quarter pole and spun three wide into upper stretch and was displaced from command straightened away and then paused briefly in tight between foes just outside the three-sixteenths before tiring through to the end.
