CONSTANT FORCE stumbled badly at the break and then stumbled again when trying to regain his footing and was away near the rear of the field, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn coming under coaxing with seven-sixteenths to go, angled out eight wide into upper stretch, closed well outside rivals showing good courage to overthrown the front seventy yards from the finish and then prevailed going away at the end. NODIN stumbled at the break, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn coaxed along from the five-sixteenths marker, angled five to six wide into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick to secure the place honors. PIRATE SHIP got bumped in the hind end at the start by RUFUS THE RED and forced that rival to steady when turned out into him, chased two to three paths off the rail down the backstretch before tucking inside through the turn coming under a ride with five-sixteenths remaining, spun three wide for home and kept on under a drive to garner the show honors. AUDIBLE JOHNNY dueled three then two wide with HURRICANE MO to his inside, traded a bump with that rival near the five-sixteenths pole, came under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four to five wide into upper stretch, dug in prominent to the sixteenth marker, then weakened in the late stages. HURRICANE MO coaxed from the start, dueled inside of the aforementioned foe first from just off the inside and then along the inside, traded a bump with five-sixteenths to run with his main pace rival, came under urging near the quarter pole and spun two to three wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late going. BIG BOLD RED coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside down the backstretch and then three to four wide through the turn ridden along with five-sixteenths remaining, went seven wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals to the finish. RUFUS THE RED broke in at the start bumping PIRATE SHIP in the hind end turning that rival out and then was forced to steady when doing so, chased along the inside patiently handled until roused cutting the corner into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, then flattened out in the late stages. COLTRANE chased seven paths off the inside down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn under coaxing with five-sixteenths to run, went eight wide into upper stretch and made no impact. KNEE HIGH coaxed from the start, chased two to three wide under a ride from three furlongs out, tipped four wide into upper stretch and weakened. ED CHARLES chased three to four paths off the rail until tucked to the two path half a mile from home, got pushed along with seven-sixteenths to go, continued in the two path into upper stretch and tired. CITY OF ROME got coaxed along chasing four then three wide in aim of the duel, spun three wide into upper stretch in retreat, tired. SILVERUS coaxed from the gate, chased forwardly placed five then four wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, swung five wide for home and faltered in the drive.
