Footnotes
SUMMER STARLET chased five then four wide coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, offered up a bid circling rivals six wide into upper stretch, seized command just inside the three-sixteenths marker and drew clear under a drive to score. AERIAL AFFAIR coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand just off the inside patiently handled until set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, got overhauled just inside the three-sixteenths pole, proved no match for the top one while running on well clear of the rest to be along second best. JOY OF LIFE reluctant to load prior to the start, chased three then two wide from just off the pace coming under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go, spun three wide into upper stretch, weakened. RUM TWIST chased along the inside, balked a bit along the rail when in tight due to pressure from BURRATA squeezing her and STEFANIA, escaped those rivals and took to the two path through the turn and came under coaxing with five-sixteenths to run, continued in the two path into upper stretch and weakened. RED POPPY coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside, took the inside route into upper stretch, received a trio of taps to the right shoulder in the vicinity of the three-sixteenths pole and was tepid handled through the stretch under light coaxing and weakened to the finish. DULCE VITA four then three wide in pursuit, came under urging with five-sixteenths to go, cornered three to four wide into upper stretch and tired. STEFANIA made a small lunge at the start, chased just off the inside and was put in tight making light contact with RUM TWIST getting forced to check when BURRATA came inwards from the three path with five furlongs remaining, lost about three to four lengths of ground before settling, went three wide through the turn coming under encouragement at the five-sixteenths marker, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and made no impact. BURRATA broke in at the start and was corrected, chased three paths off the inside early on tucked inwards and placed a pair of rivals in tight to the inside in STEFANIA and RUM TWIST and forced STEFANIA to check out five furlongs out, tucked inside at the half mile pole, came under coaxing with seven-sixteenths to run, continued in the inside route into upper stretch and tired.
