SHOOT IT TRUE tossed her head slightly at the start but broke with the body of the field, shied out when HIGHWAY HARMONY came out inside the five-eighths pole, settled on the outside, ranged up in the three then four path on the turn, was asked while taking the lead inside the three-sixteenths pole, shook clear into the final furlong then was put to a right-handed crop and proved much the best under a hand-ride late. HIGHWAY HARMONY was hustled from the gate, moved out inside the five-eighths pole, was well placed while following the solo leader, ranged up in the three path on the turn, was asked coming to the five-sixteenths pole, took the advantage at the top of the stretch, lost the lead to the winner inside the three-sixteenths pole and proved no match while clear for the place. ABIENTOT broke a step slow, settled at the rear of the field, was urged along in the two path for most of the turn then moved to the three path, turned into upper stretch under a drive and lacked the needed response while up for the show. OPULENT RESTRAINT (IRE) settled towards the rear, saved ground under urging on the turn, moved out in upper stretch and failed to rally. QUIET CONFIDENCE charged the front of the gate at the start, tossed her head while breaking clearly in front and had the rider fall back in the saddle, sped clear early, went around the turn in the two path, lost the advantage at the top of the stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and gave way.
