CRITERIA showed speed and set the pace, vied inside to the two path on the turn, was roused at the quarter-pole, responded well when put to a right-handed crop in upper stretch, had the rider put the crop away outside the sixteenth-pole and held under a strong hand-ride to the finish. ROYAL ENCLOSURE pressed the pace on the outside then in the three path on the turn, pursued the winner under a drive in the stretch and was outfinished while just able to get the place. SPHERICAL was well placed just off the pace, chased in the two path through the turn,. pursued the winner under a drive in the stretch and just missed the place while well clear for the show. HOLY SEVEN chased the pace on the outside, went around the turn in the five then four path and tired. BAMBOOZIE was bumped on both sides at the start then checked while squeezed back, spotted the front several lengths, went around the turn in the three path, turned into the stretch in the five path and failed to threaten. PALPABLE broke in and bumped with BAMBOOZIE, was urged along on the outside, went around the turn in the five to six path and was no factor. DARK FORCE chased the pace, went around most of the turn in the four path then dropped to the three path and came up empty. IMA BIG BAD WOLF broke out and bumped with a rival, angled in while urged along towards the rear, saved ground on the turn, moved out in upper stretch and also was no factor.
