STRADALE moved in early while showing speed, pressed the pace on the outside, drew even with the leader in the three path on the turn, kicked clear in upper stretch then was put to a right-handed crop, remained clear into the final sixteenth then swapped back to his inside lead and just held under strong urging. OSCAR'S HOPE made light contact with INTRICATE SPIRIT at the start, jostled with BIG DESTROYER at the five-eighths pole, was taken back to the rear in crowded quarters, went around the most of the turn in the three path then shifted to the four path, was roused in the six path into the stretch, brushed with LEARNTODISCOVER while rallying outside into the final furlong and closed fast to just miss while clear for the place. REBEL WITH A CAUSE broke in the air and was off a step slow, settled towards the back, saved ground on the turn, was roused in the two path into upper stretch, moved a bit further out in pursuit of the winner in the drive and willingly earned the show. OUTFIELDER moved out while chasing the pace, rounded the turn in the three path, was driven into the stretch in the four path, pursued the winner while remaining on his inside lead until outside the sixteenth-pole then swapped to the proper lead and lacked the needed kick. LEARNTODISCOVER (GB) hit the outside of the gate at the start, moved in early then settled on the outside, was asked in the four path on the turn, came into the stretch in the five path, brushed with OSCAR'S HOPE while chasing into the final furlong and also lacked the needed kick. BIG DESTROYER brushed the inside of the gate at the start then was carried in early, jostled with OSCAR'S HOPE at the five-eighths pole, settled towards the rear, went around the turn in the two path, spun into the stretch in the three path then moved a bit further out and lacked the needed response. INTRICATE SPIRIT bumped lightly with OSCAR'S HOPE at the start then was hustled to the front, showed the way on the inside of a foe, vied along the rail on the turn, lost the lead near the quarter-pole and gave way.
