CHALKY WHITE played up in the post parade, was bumped at the start and forced out, showed speed on the outside then pressed the pace, vied in the three path on the turn, took the lead just inside the five-sixteenths pole, spun into the stretch in the four path, dropped in while kicking clear around the three-sixteenths pole, drew away under a strong hand-ride into the final sixteenth then was put to lighter encouragement late while much the best. MR BROWNS TOWN was hustled from the gate then urged along in fourth position, went around most of the turn in the three path then shifted to the four path, was driven into the stretch in the five path and earned the place while no match for the winner. JOINDER veered out at the start and bumped with a foe, settled off the pace under some restraint, moved in outside the five-eighths pole, was roused while saving ground on the turn and lacked the needed response while just up for the show. MISSING BRIAN was hustled from the gate, dropped well behind while ridden along, saved ground on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, moved out while gaining outside the sixteenth-pole then swapped back to his inside lead and finished with late energy to just miss the show. ANTONINO bumped with a foe at the start then came outward early, moved up to get the lead outside the five-eighths pole, vied along the rail while asked on the turn, lost the advantage to the winner inside the five-sixteenths pole, dropped back into upper stretch and tired. LEXINGTON PIKE bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along off the pace, traveled around the turn in the four path, spun into the stretch in the five path and failed to respond. MR. J broke in and brushed the gate then bumped with an opponent, was urged along on the outside, moved in some near the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped further in leaving the backstretch, went around the early part of the turn in the three path, dipped briefly to the two path later on that bend then went back to the three path and came up empty. KINNICK bumped with a rival at the start, showed speed then chased the pace, came up empty in the two path on the turn and retreated.
