TAKEN BY THE WIND chased along the inside and was under a firm hold briefly when in tight and then off the leader, tipped two to three wide through the far turn and came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a left handed crop, then got flashed the crop to the same side and shied out from it three paths just outside the eighth pole, rallied on her wrong lead greenly and seized command at the sixteenth pole switching leads at that station, then edged clear to the finish to prevail. ST. BRIGID'S CROSS showed the way in hand just off the inside, got set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under lone threat and was caught a sixteenth from home, kept on to safely preserve the place honors on the wire. TWO BY TWO BY TWO coaxed from the gate, chased just off the inside under a ride from the seven-sixteenths, angled four to five wide into upper stretch, kicked on belatedly to the finish. BIRCH RUN chased three to four wide coming under encouragement with three furlongs to run, angled in to spin two to three wide into upper stretch, kept on to the wire. IRTIQAA bobbled at the start, chased three wide under coaxing from the three-eighths marker, angled five to six wide at the head of the stretch, weakened. GRAND LUXX brushed the off side stall at the start when breaking outwards, then bobbled after the start, chased four to five wide under a ride from the three-eighths marker, continued five wide into upper stretch, weakened in the drive. MAPPY three wide in pursuit, got ridden along with seven-sixteenths remaining, cornered two to three wide into upper stretch, trailed.
