SCALENE got bumped at the start by FIRE MARSHAL, who recovered inwards from an awkward break, chased just off the inside from mid pack, came under urging near the quarter pole and was let out swinging four wide into upper stretch, got on track after a bobble near the eighth pole and closed well outside to get up in the final jumps and prevail. FIRE MARSHAL got away to an awkward start bumping the aforementioned foe, vied briefly before emerging with sole command crossing to the two path, tucked inside near the seven-sixteenths backing down the pace a bit, raced along the inside through the turn and took the inside route into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive to inside the eighth pole, dug in under lone threat and was caught in the final strides to the finish. TINIAN three wide in pursuit, came under encouragement with five-sixteenths to go and continued three wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive running on to just secure the show honors on the wire. GOOD AIM chased just off the inside until getting out a bit three then four wide three furlongs out, got set down angled six to seven wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to the end. GNOSIS coaxed from the gate taking over the lane of RAISE THE ROOF, vied briefly with a pair of rivals before chasing along the inside, tipped to the two path through the turn, got set down continuing just off the inside into upper stretch, kept on to the wire but was outfinished in the late stages. RAISE THE ROOF got steadied at the start when a rival took over the lane in front, chased two to three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, angled five wide into upper stretch and made no headway. BET ON ZION bobbled after the start, chased along the inside, got roused taking the four path into upper stretch and made no impact. PYRALIS coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, took the inside route into upper stretch and weakened.
