SYSTEMIC CHANGE got bumped and pinched out at the start, settled along the inside through the first turn before tipping four paths off the rail down the backstretch, continued four wide through the far turn and into upper stretch, tipped out with three-sixteenths to go, rallied to take command just inside the eighth pole, then edged clear to the finish kept to task. MARGIN OF AIR broke out at the start bumping SUERTE into O P FIRECRACKER, showed the way early on along the inside, had LAUGHING BOY take over near the seven furlong marker and tipped out behind that rival, headed five paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked three wide into the far turn and advanced to take command five-sixteenths from home, swung four to five wide into upper stretch let out for the drive, dug in under threat and was collared just inside the eighth pole, kept on clear for the place honors. LAUGHING BOY coaxed from the gate, raced three wide into the first turn to midway, took over the front and tucked to the two path briefly before heading four paths off the rail down the backstretch, settled into a rhythm and tucked to the two path into the far turn coming under coaxing three furlongs out as the aforementioned foe began to advance, yielded the front at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, then weakened in the final furlong while clear for the show honors. O P FIRECRACKER broke in at the start bumping SUERTE, then got bumped outwards and pinched out SYSTEMIC CHANGE, chased along the inside early on and then steadied six and a half furlongs out when briefly off heels of a rival before tipping two to three wide down the backstretch, went just off the inside through the far turn coming under coaxing at the seven-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. SUERTE got bumped between foes at the start, raced four wide through the first turn and then six paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked five then four wide through the far turn, tipped six wide into upper stretch and tired. TISQUANTUM bobbled at the break, raced four then three wide through the first turn, chased three wide coming under coaxing half a mile from home, continued three wide into upper stretch and tired. MANTA REY three then two wide through the first turn, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under a ride from the half mile pole, went three wide at the head of the stretch and tired.
