AMERICAN HISTORY came inward at the start then was hustled, raced off the pace under urging, gained in the five path on the turn, rallied in the four path to make a bid outside of the leader in upper stretch, took the advantage inside the three-sixteenths pole and drew away while kept to the task. ART MUSEUM dropped back early then settled at the rear, was urged along in the six path on the turn, dropped to the five path into the stretch and earned the place while no match for the winner. SHOCKED went straight to the front then was guided in quickly under urging to take the inside from opponents, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked in the two path on the turn, lost the lead to the winner while under a drive in upper stretch and proved no match then was caught for the place but held the show. POWERLINE stood in the gate at dispatch and was off very slow, spotted the front many lengths, started to toss his head about the three-quarter pole, continued to toss his head repeatedly while rank behind horses, went around the turn in the four then five path, was asked just inside the five-sixteenths-pole then checked off heels outside the quarter-pole, was held up behind horses for a few strides then roused in the six path into the stretch and lacked the needed response. BARREL ROLL broke a bit awkwardly and was bumped at the start, settled under some urging, raced between horses passing the five-eighths pole, went around the turn in the three then two path and came up empty. GOT TOUGH bumped with an opponent at the start, rushed up under urging then steadied behind horses around the eleven-sixteenths pole, raced behind traffic, dropped back in tight quarters into the turn then moved from the two path to the inside, steadied at the five-sixteenths pole, went back to the two path while roused coming to the quarter-pole, raced under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back to the rail inside the furlong marker and failed to threaten in a tough trip. NO TIME TO LOSE broke out and brushed the gate, chased the pace on the outside then in the four path on the turn and capitulated. PASS ON BY broke in and bumped with BARREL ROLL, moved up then pressed the pace on the outside of the leader, chased in the three path on the turn and tired. LOUDEN rushed up under urging then checked near the eleven-sixteenths pole when the pacesetter crossed in front, was rated under a strong hold while just behind the leader, came under urging inside the half-mile pole, saved ground on the turn and dropped out.
