WATDOYOUSAY JOSE settled under a rating hold just off the inside in pursuit from mid pack, tucked inside through the turn and remained on hold, tipped out three wide into upper stretch and was roused straightened away, angled in a path a furlong out, offered up a good kick to overhaul the once clear leader at the sixteenth marker, then edged away to the wire. FROGHOLLOWSUMMER coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand along the inside patiently handled until roused taking the inside route into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive to the eighth pole, got overthrown a sixteenth from home and ran on to preserve the place honors. FIVE DOZEN ROSES broke a half a beat slow and was briefly steadied at the start behind PUREST PERFORMANCE, who broke outwards, chased along the inside from near the rear of the field coming under urging at the five-sixteenths, continued in the inside route into upper stretch, offered up a mild kick coming on belatedly and missed for the place honors. FIFI LA FUME coaxed from the start, chased four then three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, cornered four wide for home, kept on to the end. PUREST PERFORMANCE broke out at the start forcing FIVE DOZEN ROSES to steady briefly, chased just off the inside under a ride from the five-sixteenths, angled six wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. LADY DELILAH coaxed from the start, chased three to four wide under urging from the five-sixteenths, went six wide at the top of the stretch, passed tired rivals. FORGET TOMORROW three wide in pursuit, got ridden along with five-sixteenths to go, tipped out four wide at the head of the stretch, made no impact. MISS UPROAR coaxed from the gate, chased three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, went seven wide for home, weakened in the stretch. CLOUDY CHANCE broke out at the start, chased along the inside advancing to be just off the pace, remained on hold until set down taking the inside route into upper stretch and weakened. DEFLECTION POINT coaxed from the start, raced three wide in closest aim of the leader, advanced to press that rival tucked to the two path through the turn, spun three wide for home and weakened in the stretch.
